Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have split

U.S. pop star Justin Timberlake and actress Jessica Biel have ended their three-year courtship,a mutual friend told Usmagazine.com. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel had been dating for the past three years before their split. The source said Timberlake broke up with Biel on the phone. "It was about a month ago," the friend reported, adding the actress is in "severe denial and won't accept" the relationship is over. While in New York in September to show his William Rast clothing line at Fashion Week, Timberlake was "clearly on the hunt," snitches a friend.

The singer supposedly dirty-danced with a tall blond in a short black dress at a Manhattan club Sept. 9. The late-night incident is similar to another guys' night out in June when JT was allegedly spotted making out with a woman at N.Y.C. hot spot Avenue.

Curious clubgoer Lindsay Lohan didn't hold back when she witnessed the alleged incident and snapped a nearly blacked-out photo, asking, "So dark — where's jb cheater?"

The troubled starlet eventually claimed her Twitter account had been "hacked," however an Us source says she panicked after Timberlake "told all his people to ban Lindsay and make her life miserable."

Timberlake's attempt to fix his flawed relationship with his curvaceous girlfriend proved unsuccessful as the couple had been having problems long before cheating rumors began.

In July, the Daily News' Gatecrasher column reported that Timberlake and Biel's relationship was quickly headed for Splitsville.

"Things don't look good for them right now — they've hit a really rocky spot," confides a source close to JT, who added that serious problems began back in February during a boys' trip to Las Vegas.

"Justin had to leave dinner once because Jessica was calling him incessantly. They got into a huge screaming match over the phone about how she's always ‘checking up' on him," said the source. "She's extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on him."

Justin Timberlake,Tina Fey received gold at Creative Arts Emmys

Saturday’s night Justin Timberlake and Tina Fey took the gold at Creative Arts Emmys, the TV Academy’s walk-up to the Primetime Emmys Sept. 20 on CBS, Variety reports. Fey got a shout-out in the guest actress in a comedy category for her SNL spoof of Sarah Palin while Timberlake won for hosting the late-night NBC show. In the guest drama categories, Ellen Burstyn won an Emmy for appearing on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Michael J. Fox also earned one for his memorable turn on Rescue Me.

Actress Tina Fey won an Emmy on Saturday for her uncanny portrayal of former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin on "Saturday Night Live," while pop star Justin Timberlake also was honored for his appearance on the NBC network's veteran sketch-comedy series.

Both won their guest-starring awards at the creative arts portion of the Emmys, where 72 awards mostly in technical categories were handed out. Awards in 28 high-profile races will be given out during a live broadcast on September 20.

The Emmys are the top awards for U.S. television.

The top network was Time Warner Inc's HBO, which won 16 awards led by "Grey Gardens" and the Iraq war miniseries "Generation Kill" with three each.

In winning her Emmy, Fey beat out two contenders from her own NBC comedy, "30 Rock," which leads all shows with 22 nominations. She made reference to Palin, who resigned in July as governor of Alaska less than a year after she was chosen as Senator John McCain's running mate in last year's U.S. presidential election.

"Mrs. Palin is an inspiration to working mothers everywhere because she bailed on her job right before Fourth of July weekend. You are living my dream. Thank you, Mrs. Palin!"

It marked Fey's sixth career win, and she is in contention for two awards at the main ceremony, including best comedy actress.

Timberlake won his second career Emmy, this time for playing various characters on an episode of NBC's "Saturday Night Live" that he hosted. NBC is a unit of General Electric Co.

In the dramatic categories, the guest-starring awards went to veteran actress Ellen Burstyn for NBC's "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and Michael J. Fox for "Rescue Me" on FX.

It marked Burstyn's first Emmy win after four nominations. She previously won an Oscar in 1975 for "Alice Doesn't Live Here Anymore."

'I WAS A LITTLE LACKING'

"It did seem like I was a little lacking in that side of the mantelpiece. I just felt it would be balanced if I had an Emmy, too," said Burstyn, who appeared in the veteran crime show as the mother of series star Chris Meloni.

Actress Tina Fey poses with her Emmy award for Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series for her portrayal of Governor Sarah Palin on "Saturday Night Live" at the Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles, September 12, 2009.
