Kate Gosselin is considering to take legal action hearing the words from her former babysitter claimed that estranged husband Jon hacked into her emails, phone records and online bank accounts.

According to RadarOnline.com, nanny Stephanie Santoro said Jon bragged about hacking into the mother of eight's personal accounts and said that he would use the information he found against her.

"Kate Gosselin has heard the allegations made by Stephanie Santoro that Jon Gosselin 'hacked' into her e-mails, phone, and online accounts, and she is profoundly disturbed by them," her law firm, Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis, said in a statement Thursday. "Under the circumstances, Ms. Gosselin is carefully considering all of her legal options regarding this matter, and she will pursue them if and when the time is right."

The top star Kim Kardashian has reunited with Reggie Bush and wants kids—but not just yet."People ask if you want children and I say yes, and then it's like 'Kim's desperate for a baby!'" she told E! News exclusively at the Zeugari Fashion Show, where models wore shoes from her ShoeDazzle site.

"My sister is having a baby and it's such a fun, exciting time," she explained. "I would definitely hope to have kids one day soon...not too soon, but one day!"
However, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star did reveal that she and Reggie currently have one special child in mind...
No, they're not adopting (right now).
Her running back boyfriend was shooting a commercial for St. Jude's cancer research when he met a special young girl.
"He called me right away and said, 'I met my new best friend and she's dying to meet you' and it was just really, really sweet," Kim said. "She touched his heart and I can't wait to meet her."
Reggie even snapped a pic of them together and posted it to his Twitter, which Kim quickly retweeted.
As for whether she'll ever pull a Miley and delete her account, Kim (who has more than two million followers) says she's here to stay.
"I hope to tweet for life!" she said. "I love interacting with everyone. I love the fact that you can ask a question and get a response instantly. It's like instant gratification."

"The overall biggest surprise is the huge diversity of reasons why women said they have sex. We certainly expected more than love, reproduction and because it feels good, but all the different ways women were having sex was incredible."

"A lot of women had sex simply for the adventure, the excitement," she said. "They wanted to try out men of different ethnicities, different penis sizes. And some did not want the emotional attachment. We did not find strong support for that theory at all. Physical gratification was placed much higher."

Jon & Kate Plus 8 leads to the ending after November

"'Jon & Kate Plus 8' will be finished in mid to late November," a TLC spokeswoman told ABCNews.com today, declining to comment further.

"Basically we've put a halt on the show," Jon Gosselin's manager Mike Heller told People magazine earlier this month. "Jon has been talking to TLC for a long time to cut back on the production and still honor his contract -- because it's been getting in the way of his family, his children are complaining."

If Jon Gosselin changes his mind, his kids and ex-wife could be featured in "Kate Plus 8," TLC's planned spinoff of the soon-to-end series. If not, it could be a long time before the Gosselins come back to TV.

The development comes as Jon and Kate Gosselin's divorce grows ever more nasty. Jon was ordered to reimburse the crumbling couple's joint bank account to the tune of nearly $200,000 eariler this week.


The Gosselin's respective lawyers met with a court-appointed arbitrator Tuesday to iron out the couple's economic issues -- namely that Kate Gosselin, who wants child and spousal support, has accused her ex of taking $230,000 from their joint bank account. Talking to "The Insider" last week, Jon Gosselin countered that he only took $22,000, which he said shouldn't matter to the mother of his kids because she has money hidden away.

But according to TMZ.com, today, Jon Gosselin was ordered to return $180,000 of the funds he withdrew from the account. If he doesn't repay the money by Oct. 26, he'll have to appear before the judge for a contempt proceeding.

In many respects, Swift already is a rock star. Her recent singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me" were country chart-toppers that also crossed over to become huge pop hits. Swift's first headlining tour is a smash. (Her Allstate Arena shows tonight and Saturday night are sold out.) She sold out New York's Madison Square Garden, and John Mayer joined her onstage for a sold-out gig at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. During a recent conference call with journalists, Swift refused to answer any questions related to the West episode. But that was the only topic off limits. In a frank and far-ranging conversation, Swift hinted that her music would evolve, possibly away from country.

"My ultimate career goal is to establish myself as someone who is not predictable," Swift said. "There are a few artists that are always throwing out a curveball, and when you hear they're coming out with something new, you don't know what it's going to sound like. Others felt their shape and perkiness were due to her youth. The plastic surgery rate among teenagers isn’t as high as among adults, but plenty of teens do go under the knife – including celebrities.
“Her breasts do not look augmented to me,” plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn told MakeMeHeal.com. “Vanessa Hudgens is young, so they look perky. She’s probably a B cup.”
Perhaps sad to say, fans recently had a second chance to decide for themselves. According to Allure, another set of risqué photos were leaked online in August.
Hudgens sighed when talking about it. “At least some people are learning from my mistakes,” Vanessa Hudgens said.

Jon wiped out joint account, says can't pay bills -Kate Gosselin

Kate Gosselin has confirmed that her estranged husband Jon Gosselin has almost completely wiped out their joint bank account, leaving her unable to pay bills.

"Jon Gosselin took $230,000 of the $231,000 that we have liquid. I have a stack of bills in my purse I can't drop in the mail," Kate Gosselin told Today anchor Meredith Viera during a Monday interview."Will you demand that that money be redeposited in the account?" asked Viera.

"I have to in order to keep my kids where they live and put food on their table," the Jon & Kate Gosselin Plus 8 star responded as she held back tears.

"I need that money to provide for them. You have to understand my position here. We were in a position after our sextuplets were born that we could not pay our bills. We did the show to provide a better life for them. Never in my life did I think I would be back in the same position, worried about providing for them."

Kate Gosselin said concerns about the couple's liquid assets began almost immediately when they filed for divorce in June and announced their separation after 10 years of marriage. According to Kate Gosselin, an arbitrator ruled neither could remove funds from the account without the other's consent after Jon apparently decided to do just that.

"Jon Gosselin had done it a few days before I filed for divorce. Jon Gosselin didn't empty it completely, but it was enough that I was afraid," said Kate Gosselin. "In fact, at some point up until that point I had taken $100,000 and put it aside safely so that I could buy my kids food if this occurred. I was afraid. Literally, he was buying erratic purchases -- randomly purchasing things."

Kate Gosselin added she removed the money at the "suggestion" of her lawyer, however she was subsequently told by an arbitrator she "needed to put it back," which she claims she did.

"The last thing I wanted was to do [Jon & Kate Plus 8] and not be able to pay my bills. So I put money aside -- willingly brought it forward and split it with him when we had our meeting," explained Kate. "So he took $50,000 and did whatever with it and I paid bills with my $50,000. Once the court arbitrator stepped in, I felt like the money, I had to put it back. I didn't feel like it would be safe to be honest."

Jon Gosselin's legal team issued a statement to The Insider -- which was read by Viera during Kate Gosselin's Today appearance -- in which it disputed Sunday's reports.

"[Jon] has not withdrawn any money for his own remuneration with the exception of the past several months wherein he believes he only withdrew approximately $170,000," reads the statement. "It is not unlikely when the arbitrator or court receive a full accounting of all the proceeds that Jon will be awarded substantial additional funds."

The clothes… looked cheesy and dated, as has often been the case chez Ungaro during the post-Emanuel revolving door of designers. Hot pink, orange and flashy, with an overworked heart motif relentless in its execution, the collection displayed none of the promised younger side Lohan was supposed to deliver… Glitter heart pasties all around, ladies?

If you couldn’t really absorb much of that last paragraph, either because you don’t understand the self-regarding impenetrable fashion-speak or because – as in our case – all the self-regarding impenetrable fashion-speak makes you want to repeatedly punch yourself in your own mouth, then let us translate for you. We think it says that Lindsay Lohan’s clothes aren’t very good because some of them are pink. Or something.

Lady Gaga and Kanye West cancelled North American Tour

Kanye West and Lady Gaga has been canceled with no reason given just weeks after the rap star came under public fire for humiliating country star Taylor Swift at an awards ceremony.

Concert promoter Live Nation said in a statement on Thursday that the "Fame Kills" tour, that was due to kick off in Phoenix, Arizona on November 10 and run through January, had been canceled with refunds available at the point of sale.

"It was a mutual decision," Lady Gaga said Friday. "Kanye's going to take some time off. But the good news is that I'm going on tour in a few weeks."

Lori Ann Gibson, Gaga's longtime choreographer, claimed on her Twitter feed that "creative differences" between the Gaga and West led to the tour's abrupt demise.

The cancellation, announced Thursday with no official reason given, came just days after the two stars announced the tour dates. The cancellation followed a wave of negative publicity for West in the wake his interruption of Taylor Swift's acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards last month.

Shutdown Exhibition of the Nude Image of Brooke Shields at British Museum

Britain's Tate Modern has temporarily closed an exhibition that includes a nude image of a 10-year-old Brooke Shields as it was controversial piece of art based on a 1975 nude photograph of actress Brook Shields and it breaches the U.K.'s obscenity laws. The piece shows a 10-year-old Brooke Shields, nude, oiled, and heavily made-up, standing in a bathtub and looking directly at the camera.

The Tate Modern took down the provocative 1983 piece called "Spiritual America" by American artist, Richard Prince, after Metropolitan Police launched an investigation.

The artwork was based on the infamous image of Brooke Shields taken by photographer Garry Gross.The work was removed from the Tate Modern exhibit Pop Life: Art in a Material World. The temporary closure of the room where the photo was exhibited comes after the Metropolitan Police said they were investigating to see if the artwork might violate obscenity laws.The work, which is actually a photograph of a photograph taken in 1975 by artist Gary Gross, shows a nude 10-year-old Brooke Shields, heavily made-up and oiled, looking directly at the camera while standing in a bath tub.

The artist describes the artwork as “an extremely complicated photo of a naked girl who looks like a boy made up to look like a woman.”The original photo was taken after the photographer hired Shields to pose as a model, reportedly with her mother's consent. However when he later tried to republish the images in the 1980s, Brooke Shields and her mother began a legal battle to stop him. Ultimately, Gross won the case.Officials at the Tate Modern are said to have sought legal advice prior to including the Price image and had given careful consideration to the reaction it could provoke from the public.

U.S. pop star Justin Timberlake and actress Jessica Biel have ended their three-year courtship,a mutual friend told Usmagazine.com. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel had been dating for the past three years before their split.The source said Timberlake broke up with Biel on the phone.
